Terms of Service

Services

Tumarm provides VoIP engineering services, managed infrastructure, and related technical consulting. The scope, deliverables, and commercial terms for each engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.

Payment

Fixed-fee projects are invoiced per the agreed payment schedule. Time-and-materials engagements are invoiced monthly in arrears. Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, client-specific work product (configuration files, custom code, documentation) is assigned to the client. Open-source components remain under their respective licences. Tumarm retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and know-how.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public technical or commercial information disclosed during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for three years.

Limitation of liability

Tumarm's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-revenue damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction agreed in each individual engagement contract.
